Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Express shipping on orders over $100 (AUD).
Shipping Fees
We also offer shipping at the following rates:

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
WHAT ABOUT BACKORDERED PRODUCTS?
From time to time, some products may be available on backorder when they are temporarily out of stock
Certain items are intentionally kept on backorder because they have lower or less frequent demand than our core products, and are ordered in smaller, scheduled batches to keep prices fair.
Backordered items will be clearly marked on the product page and/or at checkout, with an estimated restock timeframe.
Orders that include both in‑stock and backordered products may be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless we advise otherwise at checkout or you contact us to arrange split shipping (additional shipping fees may apply).
Timeframes for backordered products are estimates only and depend on our suppliers and carriers.
If there is a significant delay or change to the expected availability date, we will contact you with options consistent with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
